Terms of Service

NjikoTrade ("we", "us") is an educational trade-journaling and analytics platform. We help you log trade setups, receive AI-generated grading and feedback, share picks with a community, and follow other traders. NjikoTrade is not a broker, exchange, investment adviser, portfolio manager, or signal service.

Nothing on NjikoTrade — including AI scores, gate breakdowns, rationale, suggested lot sizes, leaderboards, or content posted by other users — constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All content is provided for educational and informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and outcomes. Trading forex, crypto, stocks, and derivatives carries substantial risk of loss.

NjikoTrade does not place, route, or execute orders on any market. We do not custody, hold, transfer, or manage any funds, wallets, or brokerage accounts on your behalf. We do not guarantee any returns, win rates, or trading outcomes, whether stated by us, by the AI, or by other users on the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to use analytics services in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to not impersonate any person or misrepresent trading performance.

NjikoTrade uses an in-app credit system. Credits are consumed to run AI trade analyses and to unlock premium picks shared by other users. Credits are a limited license to use platform features and have no monetary value outside the platform.

You may top up credits by purchasing credit packages. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Paystack. When you pay, Paystack (not NjikoTrade) handles your card and banking information under its own terms and privacy policy. NjikoTrade never receives or stores full card numbers.

Except where required by law, credit purchases are non-refundable once credits have been credited to your account, and unused credits are not redeemable for cash. Creator payouts, when available, follow the eligibility rules displayed in the Wallet.

When you share a trade to the community feed, you grant other users a limited license to view, unlock, and reference that content within NjikoTrade. You retain ownership of your original setups and commentary. You are responsible for the content you post and must not share content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, or infringes anyone's rights. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

AI outputs are generated by third-party models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inconsistent. AI grades do not predict future market behavior. If an analysis fails or returns an invalid response, we will refund the credits deducted for that scan.

You agree not to (a) reverse engineer or scrape the platform, (b) misuse the AI to generate abusive or unlawful content, (c) attempt to bypass credit charges, unlock gates, or admin controls, or (d) use NjikoTrade to offer regulated financial services, managed accounts, or copy-trading services to others.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NjikoTrade will not be liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, AI outputs, or content posted by other users.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if required by law. On deletion, we remove your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
